We had an awesome time at this hotel! The kids absolutely loved the pool and water slide, which kept them entertained for hours. Plus, we were so close to Beardsley Zoo, a must-visit spot where we had the chance to see some amazing animals. Having a spacious room made it easy for us to relax as a family, and being able to bring our pet along was the cherry on top!

The elevators felt slow and a bit shaky, which made me uneasy at times. Also, I noticed some outdated elements in the bathroom that could use an upgrade. Overall, it needed some attention but had potential. I would consider staying again if improvements were made.

Recommend it for family vacations

The breakfast here was like a well-cooked meth batch, truly outstanding with a variety each day, it got the kids hyped up and ready to swim. Watching my grandkids scream with delight on that water slide was worth every second and almost made me forget about my former life. almost.

I stayed in the King Room with Sofa Bed and loved it! The room was spacious and modern, all the furniture looked brand new. The beds were surprisingly comfy, which made it easy to sleep well. I just wish the breakfast had better options. Otherwise, it was a really nice space to relax in.
